Is your clothing true to size?
Before purchasing any of our clothing, please be sure to look at the model's height and size to get an idea of what size you would personally need. If you are still unsure, feel free to email us about the product and we will let you know what size would best fit you. Also, if a product runs large or small, we always state it in the description.
Do you have gift cards?
At the moment we do not offer gift cards. However, we intend on offering them in the future!
I have not received my order. What should I do?
Please be sure to check with neighbors first, as the carrier could have delivered your package to the incorrect residence. If your package still has not been found and your tracking information says delivered, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of the delivery date) to file a claim. Please be sure to provide us with your name, order number, tracking number, shipping address, reason for the claim, and the total cost of the order. We will work diligently with you and the carrier to locate your order.
Please note: Eclectic Closet does not accept responsibility for orders that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for orders that the carrier confirmed as delivered. Once the product has left our facility, we are not liable as we no longer have control over it.
